Platform subscriptions
Plans, renewal timing, cancellation access, refund eligibility and required notices will be established before subscription checkout is activated.
Restaurant meal payments
Meal refunds are handled under the restaurant/provider arrangement, separately from RotiHoney subscription refunds. Cancelling an order does not itself confirm repayment.
Existing records
Plan changes must preserve accepted terms and historical invoices. Disabling a feature must not discard active orders or pending refunds.
